You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

We strive to provide accurate translations and clear information. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy in all languages or situations. We are not responsible for misunderstandings, translation errors, or actions taken by third parties (such as restaurant staff).
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. We do not store payment information. All billing is handled solely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You may manage, view, or cancel subscriptions through your device's Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Once cancelled, premium features remain accessible until the end of the paid billing period. You may restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
Refunds and billing. All purchases and renewals are final. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. Purchases are subject to the applicable store's terms.
After download, the app may function offline depending on available content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access under all conditions.
All content, design, icons, text, and functionality in the app are owned by the app developer or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use this app. This includes but is not limited to dietary reactions, misunderstandings, or reliance on app content. We do not guarantee that restaurants or other third parties will understand or accommodate your dietary needs.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
This app is not directed at users under 13 years of age.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
